SANTA MONICA, Calif., June 9 (UPI) -- Sylvester Stallone's latest action flick, "Rambo," sold 2 million DVD units in the United States and Canada its first week in release, Lionsgate said Monday.
"Rambo" debuted at No. 1 on the home video rental charts and was No. 2 on the sales charts among this week's DVD releases, the movie and television entertainment studio said.
The movie's Blu-ray release debuted at No. 1 and marked one of the best Blu-ray debuts to date. It also came out of its first weekend in release as the No. 1 movie download on the iTunes Store, Lionsgate said.
